Stayed at this Hampton Inn while in St. Joseph. It is somewhat older than most but the facility is well maintained. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine except for waffles sticking to waffle iron. Would stay here again.

We had an okay stay. The desk host appeared quite irritated that we arrived early at the hotel and didn't offer to at least take our bags. After about 10 minutes she offered a room. The room was fine. The pool was out of service due to remodeling.

Worst breakfast I have ever had at a Hampton. I am a gold member and stay at a Hampton A LOT. The room was nice but I had to wake up early and head out and needed a good start to the day. I did not get that. The eggs were rubber, there was no biscuits and gravy. The potatoes...

This place employee treat every customer as her guest. Not like other places just customers. Employees in this hotel are trained very well and giving services from inside. The room is very clean and well maintained. This is a real welcome hotel.

While I'm a Hilton Honors member, I often forget that Hampton is part of that group. Things that stand out at this hotel were the very kind and accommodating front desk staff, the quality of the bedding, the OUTSTANDING hot breakfast, and that they have Neutrogenia products in the bath.
