This is a very nice upscale hotel in downtown portland. If you love a great city you'll love this place. Fit and finish feels nicer than a normal city though. Bathroom gorgeous, soaps were great, giant TV at foot of super comfy bed was a big plus. Location was convenient to downtown dining (the purpose of our trip) and convenient to fitness club.

If the Grove is what passes for 4 stars I hate to see what 3 gets you. The motel 6 must be a solid 5 star establishment. I would rather sleep in my car any day, at least I know how clean it is!
