There was a live cockroach at the food by the soup. I quietly showed the manager and he smoothed him with his gloved hand. He apologised and removed the soup bowls. He did not remove any food or wash where he just smooshed the bug. He told me, we are in Florida and they breed here. He advised me that his store gets sprayed twice a month. The last 3 visits have been terrible. As a guest don't I at least deserve a napkin without asking. Quit giving a spoon. What's next... They really don't need toilet paper.

At 8:00pm I went to the carving bar and observed a very small piece of prime rib on the cutting board. The customer in front of me took that piece. I asked for a piece of prime rib and was told by the server behind the carving bar that was the last of the prime rib for the evening per the restaurant manager. I wasn't completely satisfied. I haven't visited in quite a while because the last two visits prior to this one had the same problem. I go there mainly for the fried chicken wings. I visited a little earlier the last two time but was unable to get fried chicken wings unless I waited 15 to 20 minutes while they were being fried.
