I took the yoga class overlooking the beach and ocean and it was fabulous! Mike, the instructor, was great, challenging, and very clear with instructions, and the setting could not have been better!!

Please offer pre natal and mommy and me infant yoga classes. It would be so great if you started those classes. Thank you!!

The studio is a great place to practice yoga however I do not feel there is enough variety in the classes offered here. I feel most of the classes are geared towards beginner yogis and I am looking for some more advanced classes. I do not really like hot classes but looking for something in between.

I appreciate this diversity of the instructors' styles. All are wonderfully inspiring. My yoga practice has significantly improved and valued because of their personal insights. A warm and welcoming place to land. The unlimited package permits the opportunity to try all classes.
