I had a rock fly up and hit my windshield while I was on the interstate. I really did not want to have my whole windshield replaced because of the horror stories i had heard about doing so, but they said it was too big to patch. They replaced the whole thing and I have not had one problem! Wonderful to work with and fast too! Would definetly recommend.

Big kudos to Glass Doctor of Jacksonville. Three windows in the home I bought last year either had tracking problems and/or simply fell out if I tried opening them. I was bracing for the ($$) worst. It took a little under a week to get a tech out to check it out, about 10 days for my oddball parts to arrive and under an hour for the repair. Glass Doctors did the whole job for just over $200...

This week's storm blew the basketball hoop onto my windhshield, smashing the glass and making the car undrivable. Called Glass Doctor. They came out the next day and fixed it while it was sitting in the driveway. Technician was knowledgable and friendly. They even vacuumed out my car after replacement. I was looking for a new door with a window so I called the Glass Doctor. I spoke to one of the owners, and although he couldn't help me, he directed me to folks that could! Now that is great service!
