My furnace quit working today and I had 3 kids home, one of whom was 2 months old. It was urgent that I got the furnace working asap. From the time I called to the time they got here was right at 1 hour. I was very impressed by that. My service man's name was Dan, he was very knowledgeable,I knew this bc I asked him 100 questions. I have had two different furnace repair persons look at my furnace and was told to get a new furnace but Dan came was able to find the problem and fixed it all on the service call
