Not sure what the purpose of having someone at the front desk. Very rude and on personal calls half the time. Thankfully actual professionals within the program appear to have social and customer service skills and serve an actual purpose.

Whoever i talked to in this phone # 904.387.4661 this person is very racial and has a RUDE attitude i don't know how do you handle your other customer this country has different culture if there is an accent the way they talk don't judge! if you are the owner that i talk too how in the world you survive in your business with racial attitude!!!!!!!!!!!

This institution probably saves more lives than almost all hospitals in Jacksonville; I'm talking about "quality of life" and the restoration of ones dignity, self respect with the reunion of the all important Family. I am proud to be associated with Gateway!!
