Received a shipment addressed to someone else. Called customer service and was told they won't pick it back up since it's ammo. JSO got some shells at the expense of a Gander Mountain patron. Bet he'll be happy when he calls asking where his stuff is.

Very disappointing experience. Bought a hat from this store. Within an hour of buying it, it broke. I took it back to the store at closing and asked if I could exchange it. I explained I live two hours away and could they just exchange. I was told no. Pathetic! I will never shop Gander Mountain. This isn't how you treat your customers!
