A few recommendations:
1. Record your calls. Your tellers have made mistakes regarding transferring funds, and with ver...ification. This will help show the tellers their mistakes examples for your new tellers on what NOT to do.
2. Instill better quality training in your tellers. I have learned from experience that I have to literally spell everthing out in order for my request to be done...
