I went here, close to Christmas, after doing a search online to find a new place to buy Italian Sausage. I picked up about 4 lbs but haven't tried it yet. I was impressed at the busy little store when I asked about the "Hot Shots". The guy asked if I had ever had them and when I said no - he handed me an entire stick - not just a little taste.
