Best subs. I love the hero sub. So much better than typical fast food places. Also the engineer sub is great. I always feel like I am getting a meal instead of just eating junk.

Great customer service and delicious subs! The hook & ladder is my favorite! This restaurant is always clean and has a nice ambiance.

It takes them 20 minutes to make a small sub. That seems way out of control for the type of restaurant this is. If they can't handle their online orders and in store orders then they shouldn't do...

Nothing special. I had the cheesesteak, which has steak and cheese on it but don't compare it to Philly. Location is good. People are so-so but what do you expect from a fast food restaurant?
