This store has a decent selection, but atrocious customer service. We did a home remodel job and used Ferguson for the plumbing. We spent around 10K. We were told at install that one of the sinks we had ordered 2 months previously was unavailable. Also 2 of the high end faucets were defective after install and we had to pay another plumber to repair the install …

To be fair, I haven't bought from Ferguson yet, but I love looking at their appliances and setups as I prepare to renovate my kitchen. Seeing the appliances in this environment really gives you a feel for the options to help you make the right choice. Their prices seem inline with other showrooms so we just might be coming back to make a purchase.

It is fun just to walk around and see all the new items available. They have beautiful light fixtures and interesting items for both the kitchen and bath to make your remodel a dream. The prices are a bit high, but you can always bargan.
