They SUCK!!! scheduled an appointment between 10am and 1pm when service tech didn't show by 130 we called office and was told running behind will be there any minute. needless to say 3 more calls made to office and told same thing and serviceman never showed up. YOU GUYS SUCK AND ARE UNRELIABLE' DO everyone a favor and go OUT OF BUSINESS

Really bad customer service. What is their problem? There is a way of speaking nicely to customers without sounding "put upon". I wonder if they realize how lucky they are to have jobs at all...
