Arrived on time and began work. Came in clean and introduced themselves.Only had one problem with a fixture cover and after I pointed it out it was fixed the next day. Water softner is latest technology that uses no electric, salt or drain and has a charcoal filter for taste- the best. All fixtures are quality, it was on time, although there was a slight delay in between a couple of design...

the heading on their invoice is ""fair deal"". not true. if they can inflate the invoice for what ever reason they will. best to not do business with this company. what should have cost $100 was $500. ripoff.

I felt completely ripped off. The actual price was 200% over the quoted price. When I argued it, their attitude did a 180. They started out friendly and became evil villains.
