My family loves Dr. Hana and all 5 of us go there. We have used Eyes on Oakleaf for years and never had the issues that I am having now. First, it took almost 3 weeks to get my glasses in and the prescription wasn't working for my eyes. They were very quick to get me back into Dr Hana for a recheck. This place is horrible!! My husband has been trying to get contact since February and they can't get them right. He has been through 6 different brands of contacts and nothing is right so maybe its the prescription but they refuse to re- exam his eyes and fix the problem. So our insurance is going to have to refund our benefits so he can go else where. Just thought everyone should know!
