Shopping at the Pavilions downtown can be fun.Express is a run of the mill store. Women's and Men's clothing options. The quality varies from piece to piece. I like Express because they offer crazy-good sales, like 60% off the redline (already discounted) price, so a piece of clothing end up costing $10, which isn't bad, especially if you end up buying clothes when you are wasted (see previous Yelper's review). Not a big fan... even though I worked their one winter break fresman year in college... Had a good sale picked up 2 of the same tops diffferent color obvi. for $9.99 each. Also picked up some pink petal pushers... kinda of a hot pink in color. I thought it would go well with my bright green polo. I was definetely still wasted from the night before.
