Help us make it rightA few year back I had all new windows installed in my home all with lifetime warranties. I recently found something wrong with one of my windows and Evans Brothers will not honor their lifetime warranty on my window, because they said the manufacturer of the windows had went out of business. On my contract, it doesn't say anything about ONLY the manufacturer will honor the lifetime warranty.
