This colorful, quirky, beer-hall inspired, family-owned eatery is part of a local chain and has a menu with an ambitious list of sandwiches, salads, and soups; an overflowing gourmet-food section; a mind-boggling beer list; cookies big enough to knock someone unconscious; and a range of other generous desserts. Thirsty locals belly up to the impressive, hand-carved bar for monthly beer tastings...

Lots of vegan and vegetarian options. Crazy amounts of beer from around the world too. Ok outdoor seating. Always a good clean crowd of people.

great sandwiches. Hugh. But the cookies are the best I've ever had. Thick and soft. Everything is good here. Many locations and all are consistent.

I had the bratwurst and turkey with sauerkraut on the side. Everything was excellent. Had a piece of the Italian lemon cake which was very good. Took cookies home. These were good, but not exceptional. Would have been better without the extra icing.

European Street Café is a good stop if you want the basic soup and sandwich thing. Service is good - food is good. Not great - good. Potato chips - especially these super average kind - do not light my fire. Quality is very average.

My wife is gluten intolerant. We read that European Street Cafe had some gluten alternatives. WE tried them on sandwiches and they were OK. I have never had good gluten free bread but theirs was tolerable.
