ESPETO is an authentic “Churrascaria” (Shoo-has-kah-ree-ah) , Brazilian Steak House, offering a traditional way to serve me...at in Brazil, the “Rodizio” (Hoh-gee-zee-oh) . The meats were OK and that is what Brazilian steak house is about to me. The pickings on the salad and hot barb were slim. Lobster bisque was watery with very little meat. The bread was really odd...very doughy and chewy in middle. Staff was friendly and available.
The lobster bisque was great and the meats were excellent.
It was good considering it was New Years Eve. The service was great, but some of the meat was burnt on the outside and rare in the center. Nowhere near as good as Fogo de Chao, but that's the difference between $39pp and $59pp.
This was a great experience and the food was fantastic. The only problem we had was getting our check and paying our bill. We had to tell the server a couple of times we would like the check.
I love Espeto and wish I could go more often. The owners are the best.
