My insurance company assured me that certain visits were 100% covered w/out charge to me (preventative/wellness exam), however the billing department tried to charge me as I was checking out after my appointment. Dr. Morgan felt her personal experience with pain was an indicator of each patient's level of pain. I bled, spotted and cramped after a pap smear. Dr. Morgan is one of those doctors that takes the extra time to sit and talk to you about your problems and questions. She is not one that rushes in and rushes out. When I had my baby she was always very caring and always took time to answer all of my questions.
