this patient was angry because her insurance did not cover her visits. she was very rude to the office staff of hands feet and beyond. I stand behind my safe, proven techniques of activator and atlas orthogonal 100%. I followed proper protocol in releasing her x rays as well.
Very unorganized and unprofessional front desk staff and chiropractic care. I found no relief in Dr. Shorts techniques and they tried to hold my xrays I brought to the office as leverage to make me pay small balance uncovered by my insurance. Then tried to force me to sign a handwritten sticky note to get my xrays back. Do not go to this place for anything!
She spends 1/2 hour with each patient & is thorough and attentive
