Dr Sontag doesn't care about patient care. He is only interested in payments from my insurance company. I went to pick up my prescription from (another doctor) at publix and for some reason they called Dr Sontag's office. He prompt cancelled the full prescription with 2 months of refills left on it without regard that he didn't prescribe it! A totally different doctor did! The original...

Dr. Sonntag, takes time with each patient even when he is overbooked trying to see his regular patient when an emergency arises for another. Patient with each client, listens, open discussion, recommends options client may have, open to 2nd opinions, he shows great empathy
