If a doctor wants you to sign a contract for almost $4000.00 after one visit beware. I believe he is a thief and a con artist. He doesn't really care about your health, he cares about his wallet. I would not recommend this "doctor" to anyone. His office is dirty, his staff in non existent and his practices are less than effective. Be warned.
