Not only was our group rushed, our "helper" did not listen to any of our bride's likes or dislikes. She even went as far as to give us her opinion on our beliefs, trying her best to sway our choice of gown and get us to purchase right then and there. Overall an awful experience to what should have been a magical day. Highly disappointed!

brides & prom ladies beware~ ripp-off

At first I thought they were being very helpful, found a dress for my daughters prom.Paid $175. for it. Got home to look at accessories on there website and seen the dress was a clearance dress for $59 dollars. Yea , they knew they ripped me off~ Thats okay, I know where to go next year for my other daughters prom & it wont be there. Or any other occassion my 4 daughters may have.

I seriously doubt we will back to the store based solely on the service. We walked in and no one greeted us so we just started walking around and looking at dresses. My sister picked up a few she wanted to try on and all of a sudden a woman came and took the dresses from me and said that we needed an appointment. It was first thing in the morning and it was dead.
