It's interesting how Cooper Properties always seems to have lower prices than most of the other apartments I have looked at over the years. They certainly aren't cheaper; they just don't try to rob you blind. I finally rented a place from them and yes, the buildings on the outside looked somewhat older, but my apartment looked almost perfect. It was all brand new, and for a lot less money than...

Just moved into Western Hills the apt was clean and well taken care of. Haven't had any real problems yet. Maintance seems to be on top of fixing issues when called in. Donna in the office was always friendly and helpful. So far, I am pleased with living here and hope to stay for a couple of years.
