Good service...he finished what I'd hired him for and had time left on the hour I was paying for so he took care of some other maintainence issues (he asked me first if it was ok) and gave me some helpful hints. Other service providers might have just packed up and left. I'll definitely recommend him and also hire him again when I need help.
Computer Techs is the best computer support assistance I have ever received. Ron Seagraves was the tech who helped me get my computer up and running. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Above all else, he was so PATIENT with me. Sometimes he had to explain things to me several times to make me understand, but he did so with sincerity and I appreciated that. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!
