For starters, they could close down their lobbies during this freaking epidemic! Or at least provide PPE to tellers and staff.
or, this novel idea, closes lobbies and use the drive through access for all clients until its safe work without the fear of contracting a DEADLY disease from the public.

Columbia Bank in Pendleton is the best. Switched from a bigger bank almost 15 years ago and we will never go back. They all know us by name and are always so helpful. Online banking is great but when we have to go in it is always a positive experience. It's like the "Cheers" of banking...where everybody knows your name :)
