Although Elizabeth always takes her time and is super thorough, my Brazilian was done with soft wax as opposed to the sugaring that was advertised in the Groupon I purchased. As a result it was a very painful hair removal experience and my skin is still red and swollen. I would love to keep coming back, but unless there is sugaring as advertised I will have to go somewhere else instead.

Junior always does an excellent job, no matter what service I am there for. He knows what I like and provides his opinions on what my next look should be- and the finished product is always something I would never know I liked without his input! The staff is always very kind and it makes for a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere!
