Matt arrived on time and performed the annual servicing on my AC unit. He was both knowledgeable and friendly. I was impressed, every time he came into the house to adjust the thermostat he put on shoe covers. I would highly recommend Charlie's Tropic AC and heating, they are fast, efficient, and reasonably priced.

The treatment and the service that I received was great and was given what was promised and the install crew were very insightful about the unit they installed and explained the entire process very professional and very friendly I would highly recommend.

Matt O'Regan called before arriving. Inspected all areas of my system. Gave me excellent feedback to my questions. He completed the work in a timely fashion. Is a very competent tech.
I would highly recommend this company for any Air Conditioning & heating needs.
