Dr. Shmunes was wonderful! He explained everything in detail that would happen during my Lasik surgery. He even called me that evening to check on me. I felt as if he cared about my recovery. Everything went exactly how he said it would and I'm thrilled with my results!

Dr. Schmunes preformed LASIK eye surgery exactly one week ago tomorrow. I just returned from a post-op appointment and vision and healing was remarkable! I was able to see 20/20 the next day after the quick and easy surgery. I had very bad nearsightedness and astigmatism and now perfect vision! Dr Schmunes and the staff at Atlantic Eye Institute really put you at ease they are fantastic!...

I received LASIK surgery from Dr. Shmunes and he made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Very experienced and willing to answer any and all questions. If he can make me see with how bad my eyes were then no doubt he will do the same for you. Excellent staff as well who take great care and make the experience very enjoyable.

Had cataracts & astigmatism in both eyes. Dr. Duss fixed it all w/ laser surgery and Toric lenses. Procedure was painless and results were perfect. I can now see better than I have
in my entire life! Would recommend to anyone.
