They take care of everything that is needed. They did bring in garbage pickup for everyone but didn't tell us they were charging us $20-$25 extra a month for it and we have no say in the matter.

Great place to live. Gated and very nice pool area. Location is out of the way enough to not be crazy but close enough for shopping and daily needs. Been here 2 years and about to re up for another. Only downside at all is railroad tracks running along the back side can be loud but it does not bother us really at all. Plus the price for the area is hard to beat.
