I would not recommend Carousel Floors. Unless you are doing a very large and very expensive project they are not interested in your business. The sales person I had was Gail. I did a $9,000 project and the installation was great but when returned to them to complete my home I received really poor sales service from Gail that ultimately caused me to look to another vendor and caused my project to be delayed. Gail was really weak on following through with getting back to me and was disinterested in helping to complete the project.
Carousel Custom Floors did a superb job not only helping me pick and decide on carpet for my new home, but also came and did the installation. They have thousands of samples in the showroom and both sales men have been in the business for over 25 years and have a vast knowledge of the products they carry. I was not pressured into buying anything and was not up sold to help them earn commission....
