Worse Drycleaning Experience Ever!

Dropped off my down coat for dry cleaning, prepaid $25. When I picked up my coat and brought it back home, I discovered the coat to not only be dirty still, but the zipper had been broken.

When I called the manager, Lynn, she advised me that the company did not break the zipper. She called back to apologize because the coat had never been cleaned! She said that she would clean it and replace the zipper for the $25 I had originally paid.

She called me back a third time to advise me that she would not dry clean the coat, but that she would wash it. Even though the the label says to...
