They're horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! At Transitions they insisted I come in in the morning even after I'd explained that time wasn't good for me. I was told the admission process was so long I'd need to start in the morning. I later found out that wasn't true at all. I don't know whether the receptionist who told me that did it for spite because she could, or what, but what else are customers supposed...

I appreciated that I saw this provider treat their staff with respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with their staff members. I felt very safe in their care.
