It's hard to find an artisan who is also focused on providing great customer service. I have found both at Buffington's. The work is top quality. Both unique and memorable. And the warm greeting adds to the experience. I will be returning for birthdays and other special occasions... or when I need to apologize for making a mess of a relationship.

I agree with the other posters - the customer service went well above what I'd expect; the woman I spoke with was kind, understanding (clueless husband as I am) and helpful.

Super kind, super prices, super arrangements. Couldn't have been happier if I had made it myself. I will recommend and refer to Buffington's every time I have something going to Columbus!
