Horrible place to live!!! Ever since they got new management I've been experiencing major issues such as pest issues as well as them misplacing money orders & stating that I've been late on rent multiple times. Do your self a favor & just stay away from this place.

When we found this place, we couldn't believe the price! It was a great deal and a nice neighborhood. It's close to all the shopping areas and some schools. The grounds are very clean. Whenever we have a maintenance issue ( which is not often) it's dealt with fairly quickly. The only downside is that it can be noisy with the neighbors' dogs and music sometimes. Overall it's a great place to live.

The community is very nice and quiet no major issues at the moment I moved there last year don't want to move no where else in April of this year my job downsized causing me to be unemployed I am currently looking for employment I hope this is a blessing for me to win for a year of free rent because I have no where else to go

Don't look for the lap of luxury here. HOWEVER, it's just enough for someone looking to live somewhere modest and affordable. Amenities are nice. Exterior needs updating. High traffic area with bars and shops next door. Overrall, it works.
