First encounter and porch had a dirty filled ashtray, dirty wineglasses and ice bucket from what appeared to be from the night before. Room was dirty, bathroom obnoxious - was made from a closet. Popcorn Ceiling was stained cracked and starting to fall. Water stained walls.-

My room though not excessively large was absolutely adequate in size for my three night stay.
