love the buffet wow the lamb was tender and spiced just right kudoos to the cook some pita bread would have been nice

The next most logical association to the word Afghan from a Westerner's point of view would be rug. But here deep in the heart of Salt Lake City it is Afghan cuisine at its very best. My favorite is Lamb cooked in various halal styles from the spicy Curry-like style of India and Pakistan to the almost creamy Mongolian Yogurt - like soup laced with various greens and served with pure hot Chatni...
