My stylist still had me look up picture references in a magazine, and I tried to describe to her using two pictures what I wanted. She acted like she understood, but cut my hair at least two inches shorter than I wanted, and...

The haircut quality was not up to par with salon level. There may have been some misunderstanding with thd stylist. I am glad my hair grows quickly. This cut was way shorter than intended, and not the most flattering cut I've ever gotten.
The salon and staff are excellent. However, I was not pleased with the haircut I received, but the service is excellent. My haircut wasn't what I had asked for.
