I was a resident in this apartment for past 1 year. They never close the gates but claim this to be a gated community and more than 5 to 6 incidents happened within a year.

One day nearly 10 cars were unlocked by someone. This incident happened twice in a year.

Another day power lines were switch off by someone suspicious. There was no action taken on that and even then the gates remained...

Peaceful Complex

The complex is located in a central area close to 95, shopping, restaruants, and not too far of a commute to the beaches, downtown, or St. Augustine. I enjoy the location of this complex as while it is in a busy area of town it is tucked away from the day to day chaos caused by traffic. The community itself is quiet and reserved, the neighbors are quiet and friendly.
