Help us make it rightI have been calling this towing company for the past 8 months to get a fax stating where the care was impounded from in Fl. I sent a fax to them with the receipt for4 when i picked the car up and have been calling day after day. Sometimes I make at least three call a day and all I get is I will call you back and no one never call back. And all I need is a simple fax stating where the car was impounded from and how long it was sitting there when it was towed in. SOME ONE PLEASE HELP and I am still waiting on the fax. I just called in a few minutes ago and I was told I will call you back and they never do.

My car was towed at 12am on july 10th...I went to go pick it up that same evening..When I called to arrange to pick it up I had to meet them in a Hardees parking lot...then paid $111 dollars to get my car and find out that the tow driver stole my $300 Ipod shuffle and the auxillary cord and my phone charger...

Jason was on the spot within 20-30 minutes and checked out our battery and starter before towing it to the garage.
