I came into the store a few weeks ago to look for something for my mom who was in the hospital. The store was very cramped as they sell everything everywhere. I tried to ask for help but they were too busy organizing the store. I also asked for a picture to be taken down and was asked if I was sure I really was interested in it. I will NEVER go in there again!
I bought a purse for my mom for xmas at a register in the store.I returned it 5 days after xams and 7 days from the purchase. The lady said I could not get a refund. She very callously picked up the sign and showed it to me.I said there was not one at the register I bought it at-she said its on the receipt, I said that is after you've bought it,then she said she told me(she said she sold it to me) I said she did not tell me. I remember when I bought I thought she was rude as I said it was a gift and needed a box. So she said she did tell me-I said she didn't-she said do you have a recorder?? She remained very cold and rude and fueled my fire-i could have bought another bag-it was the principal and I didn't want a product to remember that horrible store from.She ruined my day and my grandaughters b'day that day-she was with me. Who Has a FOUR day return policy?? I took a picture of the register with no sign and looked it up on the internet-they have to take it back. I don't deal with fly by night stores-I'll take a coach now any day(this was a Vera Bradley and priced higher than suggested retail price too)
Awful
The staff in this store is terrible! There was a nice group of ladies before and I went in often. Now all of the nice girls are gone. All they do is act like you are in the way and taking too much of their time. I went in for the Pandora, but now they sell it at Jarred Jewlery in the same mall. Skip the snobs and go where they treat you friendly!!

The prices vary depending on the pieces but it is very much worth it because every piece is one of a kind. You won't see a duplicate or multiples here. If you see something you want, you better get it because it probably won't be there next time. They have amazing jewellery and art. That is my favorite thing to come here and look for. They are great for gifts as well. I have come here many...
