Drove 3 hours to get here because its the only one close by, all the other locations have incorrect address. There is no free parking.

I had a wonderful experience at this location! Easy to find, close parking for a downtown location, and I didn't have to wait at all even during prime afternoon time! Even those in the waiting...

Haha. The first review is hilarious and I agree with their assessment. Lots of waiting around here. And while the greeter is sweet (she could certainly be a mayor), I prefer to just get my money...

Painfully slow....serious...painfully slow. Having a "Greeter" is nice but adds zero value when there is a back up of customer waiting to be serviced. All we wanted to do was open an account....
