Very nice to work with, (the opposite of Matrix). Scheduling was easy and more importantly, submitting claims to my insurance is transparent and I don't have to get involved with it. They call every 6 mos to see if you need new supplies and ship them to your door within a few days.They know what they're talking about, are professional and pleasant to deal with.

Please ask your physician not to associate with this company; they will be very sorry if you do. These people are incapable of fulfilling even a simple order for a CPAP mask, and their reps are the rudest, most inconsiderate people I have ever experienced (and that is no exaggeration). Very unprofessional and fragmented staff, inconsiderate and just plain obnoxious and difficult to deal with....
