0 stars!!! This guy is a joke. He gave me a bid for a job and then when he raised the original bid (and I accepted) he still wasn't satisfied and wanted to raise it again. I offered to meet him in the middle and he just never returns calls or shows up to do the work. This is after he texted me on 3 different occasions that he would be there first thing in the am to start work.... 3 weeks later...
