I recently took my vehicle which has given me so many problems in the past to a one auto works.....you'll be glad to know they took great care of me, they even gave me decent prices for all parts needed, which was way better than what other shops around the area were asking for....i'm extremely happy with the work that was done to my car and so far i have no complaints! *** great shop, great customer service**
I left my vehicle as my Service Engine, BAS lights were on. I left it on Saturday. They didn't even test it on Saturday evening. That greedy onwer of that shop called me Monday and said they have fixed it but had spent 6 hours to fix some electrical issue with the computer. I was in total shock. He didn't change any parts but charged me 589 dollars. I want him to revoke the work he has done but then I was not sure what he will do to jeoparadise the vehicle. so I end up paying the whole amount. This will be my last visit to this shop. Is there anything I can do to stop him from looting the customers? (Edited November 18, 2009)
They billed for 'work' on my car and DID NOT DO THE WORK THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR. It caused a steering failure. Moreover, they charged more for the work than is in the auto manual (twice the listed hours!). And (if that is not enough) they charged for work that was not approved. I am reporting tot he DAR and taking them to court - BEWARE
DO NOT TRUST them!!! They totaled my engine by sabotage so I would continue to come back!!! The engine was new, but they spliced wires, forced-in and installed the wrong thermostat and water pump.
