Its not Bolsa, but on a cold day, this place can do the trick. I can't really give it 4 stars as the service isn't the best, but, its clean, the staff is fast, and friendly. It just takes a while to get your check.
Parking can be a bit tricky, as its in a strip mall with other tenants.

I definitely love the food here. It's inexpensive, generous portions of food, the service is quick, and the owners are friendly. What makes eating there even better is that the atmosphere there is very modern, making it feel like you're eating at a real cool hangout. The food is absolutely delicious!

It's one of the best pho/Vietnamese places in Santa Ana -- no need to drive all the way to Bolsa to get some good pho/Vietnamese food. The ambiance there is chic, stylish, and the food is authentic, serving regional dishes that can't be found at other Vietnamese eateries in the O.C.

Free soft drinks and sample appetizer with meals, too.
