An Employee of this credit union (Ann Swift) contacted the veterans administration voluntarily and gave them our personal information due to a personality conflict. In addition froze our account without a valid reason. WE had a autoloan with them and had proper car insurance however they charged us for 2 types of auto insurance and tacked the fee onto the car payment without notifying us or...

This is a great place to bank with. They are a small enough credit union that there are not usually any long lines which is great. They are still large enough to have several locations in Jacksonville so they are easy to get to. The loan officers are very nice and have the ability to work with you since they are a smaller credit union and not a large bank who will just turn you down.
