My unit, along with a couple other tenants' units were flooded due to a sewage backup. Yard House, just below the Virdian Lofts were flooded out as well, so bad that Yard House terminated their lease due to the building's lack of reliability. These lofts are so unique. Every unit is a different layout, flooring and feel. They all have great high ceilings and open space of living. The location is perfect. Walk score is 100% the trolley is a few feet away, bus stop and Amtrak all here too. There is an on site property manager that is available. She slap …
