It seems like Rick and his crew at University Service Center are very honest and they let you know what's wrong with your car. They give you a fair price. I think I first used them for an oil change and I've been with them for about a year and a half. Rick and crew are great! He checked out a "check engine" light on our 2004 Volvo SUV, didn't charge us for the diagnostics or tightening some hoses. Light went out. They also ordered a part that we needed for a broken gas cap door and will install it later this week. Their labor charges are half of what the dealer charges.
